Cognition Workshop (Part 3 of 4)

Parkinson’s In Motion will host a 4-part workshop related to cognition. We are never too old or too smart to learn new ideas. Many of you know Don White. For years, he has shared a method he developed using perception to structure and exercise cognitive function.
He will work with us each Monday in February (6,13, 20 and 27) from 5:30 until 6:30 at the Laurel Co Public Library. The last night we will end with a light meal.
